When I was a kid, I can remember traveling with my family and playing our own little version of Bible Trivia. We would take turns asking each other questions and seeing who could respond correctly.
We never kept score or anything, but it was always fun to see who could answer what each person considered “hard”, or who could remember what they learned in Sunday School. It inspired us to pay more attention in Sunday School, listen more closely to the sermon, and even read the Bible on our own to find the answers before we played again.
I want that for my kids! I want my children to have a hunger for God’s word that follows them into adulthood. I want them to be passionate about the word of God so much that they want to play the same game with their kids some day!
Dig Into God’s Word Together!
Sometimes the game really got us digging into The Word; searching out to prove someone else wrong, or even just a reminder of what we should have known. Plus, when it was all said and done, we were eager to start studying to prepare ourselves for the next go-round.
We really loved that time together as a family. We were edifying the Lord, feeding our Spirits, and enjoying the wholesome fun of a Bible game. So when the Lord laid it on my heart to create a printable version of Family Bible Trivia, I knew it would be an easy decision to make.
It doesn’t take long to find out that children are compelled to learn when the subject they are learning about becomes exciting for them. If you’re looking for an engaging way to teach your kids about Christ, something fun to add to your Bible curriculum, or a way to get your family more involved in scripture, then this game is for you! What better way to help your child/family get excited about the Bible than through play?!
Our Bible Trivia for Kids Game Kit includes 54 printable pages of fun for ages Elementary and up! Valued at $15, each set of questions is sorted by difficulty and labeled by categories. There are 240 questions total; 40 Level 1 questions, 60 Level 2 questions, 110 Level 3 questions, and 30 adult questions.
You’ll get a PDF download. Print the PDF and cut the cards apart using a mom-friendly paper cutter. Organize them into levels of difficulty and put them on metal binder rings. Then keep them in a cute zippered bag or box. That way you’ll be able to take the game with you on trips or stash it with your other board games and it’s ready to go. If you want to make them last longer, you can laminate them with a Scotch Laminator. (It’s one of my favorite tools!)

Below each question, you’ll find a reference to the scripture where the answer can be found. That way if no one knows the answer, you can look it up! The Bible Trivia bundle is available to print in the option of your choice, color or black and white. Within the file, you’ll find the trivia questions, printing instructions, multiple “how to play” ideas/options, and game rules.
I’m so glad our family plays games like this together. It’s one thing to talk about saturating our kid’s lives in God’s word, (I talk about that a lot!) and another thing entirely to carry out the plan. I’m a busy mom, and sometimes I just need an easy button. That’s what this is. An easy button for moms who want their families to spend more time in God’s word! Not that we should ever take this job lightly, but a mom’s life is intense so having simple solutions that help with our most important goal is a good thing.
