Dear husband, I know we stay so busy in our everyday lives. Time is fleeting and some days it seems like we’re just going through the motions.
We’re here, smack in the midst of keeping tiny humans alive and trying to maintain a healthy marriage.
I know that most days it seems like we’re passing each other like ships in the night.
But I just want to say thank you.
Thank you for being so hard working.
Thank you for being so strong.
Thank you for doing whatever it takes to provide for your family.
Thank you for the things that you do that I don’t even see.
Thank you for the calls just to chat and the texts just because.
Thank you for asking about my day.
Thank you for the little things that you do to make my life easier.
Thank you for the time that you share with me.
Thank you for being caring, and loving, and adoring, and amazing.
Thank you, even for all the aggravation, and the tickles, and the wisecracks.
Thank you for helping me smile, and to laugh, and to experience joy.
Thank you for the snuggles, for the kind words, and for the passion you still share with me.
Thank you for the ear that listens, the shoulder that I can lean on, and that smile that brightens my day.
Thank you for being honest, even when I don’t want to hear it.
Thank you for showing me grace on my bad days.
Thank you for loving me, even when I don’t deserve it.
Thank you for showing me grace when I come up short.
Thank you for encouraging me, even when I doubt myself.
Thank you for teaching me to persevere.
Thank you for seeing value in me.
Thank you for the way you look at me, for the way you smile at me, and for the way you still reach for me.
Thank you for our beautiful, smart, amazing children.
Thank you for being the man that I want my daughters to marry and my sons to be.
Thank you for being the rock of our family.
Thank you for so fervently following after Christ.
Thank you for being pliable in the Master’s hands.
Thank you for being such an example of a prayer warrior, a pillar of faith, and Christian.
Thank you for praying for me.
Thank you for being my best friend.
Thank you for loving me.
Dear husband, you are worth more than I could ever say.
Thank you.
